- 3 new buildings and several extensions to existing buildings
- Timber-frame walls prefabricated in the workshop
- Timber balconies with a glulam post-and-beam structure, minimum service class 3
- External finish in timber or metal cladding depending on the façade
- Thermal features: 30 + 6 cm of bio-based insulation in the timber-frame walls
- Labels: Passive buildings
